Saturday my wife asked me to checkout the furnace to make sure that it would kick on when the thermostat called for heat. She normally does not allow that to happen until after Halloween. But Saturday it got to 40 overnight. Sunday we moved the houseplants from the yard to the deck and put a sheet over them. Frost on the car Monday morning. Even though the leaves are just beginning to change, it smells like Fall.

Clouds are the interface between cold and hot and moist and dry. Watch the clouds, see the atmosphere in motion. |
